Dispatches from the Hiatus Herniated Disc:

29 January 2007 - Okay, lots of things going down this week. First of all, I've packed up all of my belongings and I'm moving out to Indiana on Tuesday. Second, this Thursday marks the fifth anniversary of Dada on the web. (The first strip appeared on February 4, 2002, but the first dispatch was on February 1.) Third, because of my move, I am putting Dada on hiatus for a little bit while I get my bearings. (For one thing, I'll have to remember where I packed them.)
I should have everything up and running again in a couple months, so check back periodically. I'm planning on writing at least one dispatch a week. And while you're waiting, why not check out the rest of my personal site, which I have now moved here for easy access?

2 February 2007 - Greetings. The move went off without a hitch. I still need time to adjust -- as well as get everything that's currently in boxes out of them -- but I'm sure I'll cope a lot better once I stop getting these nosebleeds. Now, do me a favor and do not make Epic Movie the #1 movie in America for a second weekend in a row because that would make me start vomiting blood -- and no one wants that (least of all me).

7 February 2007 - 1:38 p.m. - Wow, I just noticed now that I never uploaded last week's batch of strips. All this time I had just sort of assumed they were there. Why didn't one of you tell me? Oh, that's right. Because there is only one of you.

14 February 2007 - Hey, neat. Philadelphia Weekly printed my letter about one of the items in last week's Heroes & Goats column. Now I wish I'd thrown in a barb about what a total wankfest Kime Agine is.

5 March 2007 - Well, it looks like I'm getting back on that horse. I made a new strip today, so you can definitely expect to see Dada return to active service in four weeks (my usual preferred lead time).

26 March 2007 - Here we are, one week away from the return of Dada. Check back later in the week for something other than that, but still worth checking back for.

28 March 2007 - As promised, I have something for you to check out. It's my new story for Unloosen: "Complete Thoughts." Well, I think it's worthwhile.
