The Beginning    The Immediate Past    The Past    The Immediate Future    The Present

Dispatches from the petro-rabbits:

30 June 2003 - Quote of the Week: "But let us leave these morbid matters and get on with that of my demise, in two or three days if I remember rightly." --Samuel Beckett, Malone Dies
Incidentally, I chose the above quote two days before Strom Thurmond's death last Thursday. Wacky.

1 July 2003 - Simply because I cannot wait until the end of the year to discuss how hard the first half of the year has sucked for films, I have written a Half-Time Report, which I hope you will peruse at your leisure.

2 July 2003 - Well, they're here. Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. I didn't ask for either of them, yet here they are. And they're even two days early so as to give them a head start on the 4th of July weekend. Well, bah, I say. Bah, bah, bah, bah, bah. (And this is from a guy who refuses to be a sheep. Irony!)

4 July 2003 - Crap. I don't do this often, but yesterday I forgot to update the comic, which is why there are two up today. Hey, at least I caught it...eventually.
Oh, and for what it's worth, happy Independence Day. I'm going to be spending mine at work, so eat a hamburger for me. Or a tofuburger if you're like that. Or a blintz. Tell you what -- eat whatever you like. Just do it for me, won't you?
